With you from the very beginning, GLC will ensure that your dream becomes our design.

We all love the smell of sawdust in the morning and will stick with you right from conception to delivery.

1. CONCEPTION

It may be that you have an idea in mind that you think may work for your property, or you have had an expert designer come in and have given you a plan and you need someone to bring it to life, or you just have an empty space that needs to be filled. Regardless of where you are on this spectrum, we will meet with you on site, have a yarn, do a measure, and take some pictures (of your property not your pretty face).

Even if you have a designed plan in place, we like to meet with all potential clients to get a feel for who you are and what it is that you are expecting.

2. DEVELOP

Unless you already have a design in place, the next step for us is to go head down bum up and create you a basic sketch of what we think will best utilise and maximise your space. We can hang about in this step for a while as we don't always know exactly what you are after, and sometimes neither do you, but we persevere and eventually we hit a gem that will see both of us ready to roll on to the next stage.

3. ESTIMATION

Once we are all on the same page - however many pages it took to get there; we will contact all our suppliers to get you the best price for materials. Once we have confirmed our side of things there, we will send you through an estimation of what we think it will take to get your dream up and running.

We cannot send out exact quotes, only estimations, as prices are not always guaranteed from our suppliers, but we do try to stick within a 10% threshold of the price given to you.

4. GLC ASSEMBLE!

Let the fun begin!

After we have received your signed acceptance of our estimation we will meet with you on site one final time to confirm that we are still on the same page - and no matter if not, we are more than happy to go bums up again and re-design if necessary - we will confirm an expected start date and probable duration and then you are stuck with the questionable mugs of our construction for the near future as they swiftly move around your property with construction underway.

5. WE DIG IT

Masters of consistency and quality!

Once all the construction is done, we will give it a few days for the dust to settle and then someone will come back to complete those tricky little finishing touches and clean up the area, and then wham bam - your dream is our pleasure!

**Please note: addiction pending; we cannot guarantee that once we have completed the initial conception that you will not be so in love that you will want us right back at step one to complete another project, but we won't hold that against you.
